French helmet, dated 1993, type Spectra in Kevlar. This helmet was used in ex-Yugoslavia in the 90's by a soldier from 17RGP from city of Montauban (dpt 82).

hard to find this pattern. Indeed, this model has been replaced by an army green tinted helmet and almost all French UN blue helmets were destroyed on the spot during the replacement.
