Swiss helmet M40 modified M43

Swiss helmet, model 1940 modified according to the federal decree of July 6, 1943 which imposed a grainy black finish.
This helmet is indeed a model 40 identifiable by its headdress. The headdresses after the war are not the same.
It is very likely that this helmet was manufactured between 1940 and the first half of 1943 because the helmet was first given a smooth paint and then the exterior was covered in grainy black.

The identification sticker with its regulatory twisted string is still present!
